deasypennerpodley is excited to announce new agents Kristi Shoup & Tina Donhoff to our Glendora family.

Kristi Shoup and Tina Donhoff have over 30 years of combined real estate experience, which they use to expertly serve clients throughout the San Gabriel Valley, including the communities of Glendora, La Verne, San Dimas, Covina, and Claremont. Both Kristi (from La Verne) and Tina (from Diamond Bar) are Southern California natives and intimately know the region.

Finding success in real estate together has been a fun, unique journey for both Kristi and Tina. Prior to teaming up to help clients accomplish their real estate goals, the two met when their daughters were on a local youth soccer team. The ensuing friendship blossomed into a business opportunity, and their solid foundation gives Kristi and Tina the perfect platform to move forward as business partners because they emphatically trust each other and deliver a truly one-of-a-kind experience for their clients.

Kristi jumped into residential resale in 1995, and originally partnered with her mother-in-law. This experience solidified Kristi’s belief that working with a partner allows her to best serve her clients. Tina initially broke into real estate on the commercial side where she worked for 5 years before switching to residential homes after spending several years in education. Both Kristi and Tina bring complementary strengths to their partnership, creating a symbiotic relationship that benefits their clients. Additionally, this dynamic duo takes their client relationships seriously and works in an ethical and transparent fashion to build trust and ensure their clients’ needs are cared for above all else.

As caring and compassionate individuals, Kristi and Tina contribute their time and resources to causes they care about deeply, including Here to Serve and City of Hope. Tina is on the board and M.C.s events for Here to Serve, an organization that helps people going through a traumatic event, such as cancer. Here to Serve offers a forum for raising money and provides access to resources such as meals, cleaning services, and errand running so people going through traumatic events and their families can focus on what’s important.

Kristi and Tina have the perfect combination of experience, ethics, passion, and personality to be your real estate professionals of choice. Whether buying, selling, or investing, get in touch with Kristi and Tina to make your move today.

deasypennerpodley is excited to announce Jennifer Franks as a new agent to our Glendora family.

Jennifer Franks became a Real Estate Agent after being a successful business owner of Impact Marketing and Consulting for over 15 years. Transitioning to Real Estate was a natural move for Jennifer, as it allowed her to work on a more personal level with her clients. Being a Real Estate Agent encompasses so much more than knowledge of the real estate market, latest trends in home sales and what our industry is evolving into. More than anything it means understanding, educating and being honest with clients through the process of buying and/or selling residential or commercial properties. Jennifer’s passion to match you with the perfect property and her compassion in assisting you during the transaction process has made her successful. She is the mother of three children and is married to a wonderful husband who shares her life goals. Jennifer has lived in Ventura County, the Inland Empire and Orange County before settling down and making Glendora her home. Her office is here, she is a board member of the parent teacher association at her daughter’s school and she also coaches her daughter’s soccer team. At the end of the day, Jennifer wants her client to be completely satisfied with the buying and/or selling experience. Being a Real Estate Agent is not a job, it is a passion.
